At JustChristine Collection, all items are ready to ship and orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), with orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) processed the next business day; once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, and delivery times are estimated at 2–5 business days within the United States and 7–14 business days internationally, though delays may occur due to carriers or customs which are outside of our control; shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on location and selected method, with occasional free shipping promotions available; customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses or for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier, and any address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order; international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply; for any questions regarding your order or shipping, please contact us at jkkcolection2025@gmail.com.
